I completed Ricky's Intensive Outpatient Program about two and a half weeks ago. Learning how to manage my OCD has been a marvelous process. I am so thankful to have been taught by Ricky how to interact with my OCD! He taught me how to take my power back within my own mind. Also, on a neurological level, I have learned how this condition affects thoughts. I also learned how to face fears that would have given me panic attacks before (I now live with these things as somewhat regular parts of my day, and I feel little to no anxiety). The process can be scary, and it was. But it was exactly what I needed. And Ricky is excellent at explaining why. I absolutely recommend the IOP program! Have a good day! :D

I bumped into a client of Ashley’s and was blown away with how thick, shiny and beautiful her clients hair was, so I went up to her and connected with Ashley. I’ve since then transitioned from handtied wefts to I tips and it’s been great! Ashley is a master at her craft and genuinely cares about her clients! I would highly recommend her to everyone!
Did a partial balyage and cut with Kayli and she is incredible! I don't have much insight into the different coloring techniques and she guided me through it all. This is worth the drive every month from North Scottsdale down to Old Town Scottsdale. Artasha has been tanning me since 2022 and no other studio compares. Her products are top tier, she educates you on how to take care of your tan, has products to help available on hand and truly goes the extra mile. Artasha customizes your tan to your occasion and has amazing add ons like body powder to prevent post-tan stickiness, a moisturizer spray and pre-tan spray. Artasha’s team of ladies are expertly trained, as well. Scheduling is easy with their app, they are easy to communicate with if you need to adjust your appointment and the entire experience is an overall pleasure. I will never go anywhere else for a tan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ best of the best.
First time I was very pleased with the results. However the last time I went (3-12) the tan only barely lasted 3 days and it was splotchy and faded way too fast. Was dissatisfied. I went because I was going on vacation and was disappointed. I followed the prep instructions. Not sure if I got a new person or what but I probably wont be back.

This is my go to tanning salon from now on. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Olivia specifically is very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have a lot of good specials and upgrades. They also offer a cold towel, which I love. I haven’t used the red light therapy bed there yet, but it is a full body red light bed. I have been to other tanning salons that just have a small Red light facial.
Wendy is the best! She is very professional, and I never feel self-conscious when she is spraying me. My tan always comes out exactly as I ask for.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! My sister in law was in town and needed a spray tan so we booked a mobile service for myself, her and my husband. We had Ashlyn as our artist. She was so nice and personable. I’m an esthetician myself and her professionalism blew me away. I felt so comfortable having her in our home. She explained the after care to each of us individually. She was so funny and cool! I scheduled with Abby for my first ever spray tan. I decided to do a "trial" run because I was so nervous and had an upcoming event. I loved that my appt confirmation email had prep instructions. Abby is so sweet and put me at ease. She explained the different options and has such a cheery calming presence to her. Upon completion I was so impressed! A beautiful golden tan! It wore nicely over the next week and I had so many compliments. Highly recommend Abby!

I love Epic Tan so much. The girls there are so sweet & always make me feel comfortable. I'm super naturally pale and my tan always comes out looking so natural! & I love for only 7$ more that I can get the rapid so I only have to wait 2 hours to shower instead of the normal 8. 10/10 recommend!

I’m new to hair extensions. Makki at Salon Ve was informative and helpful in helping me choose which type to try. I went with her recommendation of k tips and could not be happier. I’ve always had thin and fine hair. The extensions gave me more confidence and I love me hair now.
I have light brown hair. I wanted to go for a cowboy copper, and Makki was magical with the color matching.
It’s been a little over 2 months and I’m still loving my k tips. I’m about to go to Salon Ve again for a color gloss and cut to freshen things up. And I’ll definitely be coming back for more k tips when Makki recommends it’s time to switch them out.
I recently took a 4 day one on one powder/combo brow course with Katelyn and it was everything I'd hoped it would be and more. Not only is Kate super sweet but she's got an amazing eye for detail, is extremely knowledgeable and she doesn't gatekeep. The way she coaches and directs during live models is exactly whats needed to truly learn this art. I would 1000% recommend her trainings for anyone wanting to step up their game or get started. Over the years I've taken close to 6 PMU brow courses and this was by far the best!

Rachel does such an amazing job and really takes care of her clients. I have been to other eyelash techs before but nothing compares to Rachel’s work and friendliness. She is so gentle with your lashes and it feels like they have never been healthier. She truly takes the time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it and does such a good job. 10/10 experience every time.

I am so grateful to Kayla. I originally went to see her for lashes, which I hadn't had before. I was nervous, but she helped me feel at ease and select how I wanted my lashes to look. Her shop is clean and so cute. As a bonus, she does eyebrows and permanent makeup. I had my brows and eyeliner done years ago but the one person I had trusted to do them moved. I found Kayla to be trustworthy and she has touched up my brows. She did fabulous work, so I'll be scheduling to get my eyeliner touched up. I travel from Gilbert to go to Kayla and she is very worth it! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

I met Jodie on a fluke after my lash girl of 1.5 years was more interested in eating the burrito that her boyfriend had brought to her rather then wax my nostrils. Which takes 5 minutes. I ask for the service every 2 weeks. I did ask but her response was the wax was not hot. So me being a business person I thought long and hard about how far I go to make people happy No matter what. I read all of Jodie's reviews and They are spot on. We briefly met in person to discuss my likes and dislikes. I have been enjoying our visits every 2 weeks. I have been to MANY med spa's in SEA, Newport Beach, CA and Scottsdale, AZ and I have to say I was most impressed with Nicolette’s services. Skin is a BIG priority of mine and I have to say I ONLY trust Nicolette with my skin. Not only is her customer service remarkably pleasant but she explains the process of your service and breaks it down to a science for you - of not just the benefits but also why it’s the right service for you as an individual.The services I have received from Nicolette: Microneedling, Endermology, DermalInfusion, and Laser Hair Removal.Microneedling: I will upload my results in the photos but just after 1 appt I saw a massive decrease in redness in my skin and decrease in acne scars. All I know if Nicolette spares no expense when it comes to her machines and she has the ONLY FDA approved machine out there - which I had no clue that most med spas don't have those. Like WHAT! I have paid so much more for lesser of a service. Needless to say, I will not be going anywhere else for this service.Endermology: WOW I love this service, helps with cellulite and blood circulation. I originally came to her for the cellulite aspect of the service but man this has helped with my digestion issues like no other service has before (I have digestion issues and have tried dozens of services to try and help - this one has been one of my top favorites)DermaInfusion - MONTHLY MUST, I get this done once a month. I have seen a massive difference in my skin. Less breakouts, tighter pores and more glowing skin. She also customizes your serums which no one else has done for me before (sad I know because you should always have a customized service since no ones skin is the same). OH PLUS, she gives you a dermaplane and redlight therapy FOR FREE!Laser Hair Removal: Ok I have to admit I will go NO WHERE ELSE FOR THIS SERVICE. Nicolette has the best laser out there. It works for all skin types and before Nicolette told me I had no clue that many laser places cannot work with darker skin tones because it literally will FRY off your skin. She has the best out there and I noticed results after just the second service. I am on 6/8 appts and I have no hair left. I am just going to my other services to make sure nothing will grow back. Oh, and I didn’t even mention - I've had this service done by 3 MEDSPAS and NONE OF THEM WORKED. I thought it was just me but NOPE it was them!Needless to say... I would never spend this much time writing a review if I truly didn’t believe that Nicolette was the best in the biz. She never oversells you products or services and is upfront if she believes you do not need them. (Many other places will, and they will convince to that you need something you don’t. Excellent service. I always go to Angelica for my sugar waxes :) When getting a sugar wax, they last a lot longer than regular waxes. It also helps to exfoliate the skin so I definitely recommend getting that over hard wax.

I was coming to Phoenix for a wedding and wanted my hair and makeup done on the day of (not part of the wedding party). I searched online and chose First Blush Beauty. I'm so glad I did, and you will be, too.
Leah was so welcoming. I felt comfortable in her space immediately. She had a wardrobe displayed, music on, and blissful AC (it was 109° that day). She had also set up an area for a photo shoot (so much fun). I don't wear makeup normally due to sensitive skin. Leah made sure all the products were hypoallergenic. We reviewed my inspo photos and then she got to work.
Leah's lovely personality and excellent skills made the process very smooth. She used false lashes, which I'd never had before, but they looked so natural! The makeup looked incredible, as did the beautiful curls in my hair. We did a photoshoot in a couple of dresses, she gave me a touch-up kit, and off to the wedding I went.
I got so many compliments. What's more, my makeup stayed beautiful from noon to 9pm, and that included some serious dancing. I am still getting comliments on my look. One of my family members said they even zoomed in on my photos because my makeup looked flawless! Yes. It did.

I was in Scottsdale for work back in May and decided to get a tattoo while there. I called a few places the week before and Mark stood out from the other places I called. My boss also wanted to get tattooed while we're were in town. I text Mark our ideas and he got to work right away. Great communication and awesome experience all around. After placing the stencil, Mark double checked with me to make sure I was happy with it. He also suggested adding color, which I wasn't going to do but I'm glad I took his recommendation. This is now one of my favorite tattoos I've ever gotten. If I lived locally, this would be my go to shop.

Fantastic company to deal with! Not only was the price lower than what was recommended at first for a spot repair from a different company, we were even able to get a new water heater and still come under budget with a complete replacement of our main sewer line. We have a refrigerator that is decades old (it was here when we bought the house). Inside is a business card from Lewis Appliance in Scottsdale with a handwritten date, 1990! So, the first time we had issue with the unit, we called Lewis Appliance and they fixed the problem. It's a family business -- they were fun and friendly, as well as efficient. Two years later, I decided to add stainless steel door inserts on our oak-panel fridge/freezer -- I called them to ask if it was something they could do -- yes! Fridge/freezer now looks up to date and is beautiful. Another two years down the road, our unit was making noises. The son-in-law stopped by and discovered there was a clogged line which he cleared and the problem was resolved. We couldn't be more pleased with this company.

I found Carpet Chasers on my neighborhood app with outstanding reviews and wow they did not disappoint! Had our carpets cleaned a week ago and they look terrific, all stains and pathway dirt gone. Just had our tile and grout cleaned and oh my gosh they look like they were just installed yesterday! What an amazing difference. If you plan to work for her read her reviews she doesn't pay. Those of you that have been shorted or not paid don't feel alone. I suggest you file with wage and labor commission, I did and have won a dispute for failure to pay. Don't let her walk all over you file a claim and put her where she belongs. You bnb air owners don't put your home in her hands she hasn't a clue what she is doing.

Nichole at Old Town Flooring Scottsdale is AMAZING! We started remodeling our home and had a vision of what we wanted for the interior design, but couldn't seem to make it all flow together until we found Nichole. We sat down and showed her all our inspiration photos and what we would like, and she got to work pulling tile, grout color, wood, carpet, etc. She had everything exactly like the photos we showed her and then also helped come up with designs and ideas we didn't even think about to make it better. She let us take home all the samples to see how they would look in our home and lighting then we worked with her to modify our choices. She got us the best prices for our products. It was so fun working with Nichole to make our remodel dreams come true. I would definitely use Nichole again for any future remodeling or designing.

This is an excellent company! We had them add stacked stone to our house and the work was done perfectly, on time, professionally, and the clean-up was spotless. Justin and his team did a kitchen remodel which became a little more as I decided to have other things done. They were completely on time with arrival, demolition, and the actual remodel. The subs all came when they were supposed to, and everything was done pretty much by the date he originally projected, even with the add-ons. Everyone was very easy to work with considering any remodel is a stressful situation.

We accidentally shut the dog door thinking she was inside, and she was outside probably for about two hours. He was here doing the pest service and gave her a bowl of water. Chris came out same day, assessed, determined I did not have an issue with rats, but noticed my dryer vent was a fire hazard, so he took out his ladder, cleared my vent, charged me nothing, and left with a smile. While installing new flooring in my daughters bedroom I came across termites under a baseboard. I had already emptied her bedroom and had half of the floor installed by the time I caught it. I called 480 Termite and they were booked for the rest of the week and the following week was tight as well because next week is Thanksgiving. We could not be more pleased with the finished result of replacing our nearly 4000 sq. ft. of grass with a new synthetic lawn by Southwest Greens of the Valley. From start to finish the entire project went seamlessly, from the initial visit with Greg who listened to exactly what we were wanting, to Fonzie and the grass removal team, to Hector, Gilbert, and the whole crew of installers, and finally Dave making sure our yard turned out perfectly. Each person involved is a real pro and a pleasure to work with. The team was meticulous start to finish. Friends and family comment how realistic the grass looks and it feels great too, and the putting green has been a hit and more challenging than it looks with little undulations that make you work to sink the putt. As usual both my hygienist and Dr Boyle were prompt, friendly, and efficient in evaluating and then cleaning my teeth ect., I take my oral health very seriously, so that is why I really appreciate the straightforward and informative instruction of the future dental work that may be required. With my many questions it allows me to map out the steps for planning out the time and financial resources likely involved. My entire family joined the practice a few years ago after being at another practice for over 25 years. In this short time they’ve been nothing less than spectacular in addressing our dental health. (All while not being able to hide that they are caring people that happen to really like what they do.)

A filling in one of my teeth fell out and the tooth became severely damaged. In order to urgently address the issue, I called the clinic as a new patient. Before proceeding with any treatment, I requested an approximate full-service quote for the installation of a crown.
They collected my insurance information, but no one ever got back to me. Two days later, I called the clinic again. A different receptionist answered the phone, and there was no record of my previous communication. The process repeated itself.
As a result, an entire week passed without any progress or resolution. This experience clearly indicates a lack of interest in acquiring new clients.
Update: The company called me back, it seems, there is a problem with their or mine phone system as I did not get amy messages or missed calls.
My experience was TOP Notch! I just picked Ledesma from Google and I am so glad I did. Dr Schindler was wonderful, caring and made the appointment a breeze. He is an athlete himself so understands the need for speedy recovery. I highly recommend especially for athletes.

Shaun provided excellent service after i suffered what I consider a near death experience on the pickleball court. I went after a ball like, lost my balance, pulled hamstring and broke a rib. Shaun made an adjustment to a non-injuried part of my rib cage and really relieved the pressure that has built up in the surrounding areas. He stretched my hammy communicated how I should take care of it moving forward. Highly recommended.

Dr. Shannon Heck is the most gentle and exceptionally skilled doctor that you will ever find for filler and "botox!" I was fortunate enough to get my very first appointment with her, years ago, when she was a doctor at Southwest Skin Specialists.
What makes Dr. Shannon Heck's results far superior to others' is that she uses the tiniest needles, maneuvers around every fine capillary to avoid bruising, knows exactly what needs to be done to what extent, and is so precise and gentle.
Even her personality is so gentle, genuine and beautifully calm. She is such a professional and hires the best assistants who are also so caring as they apply ice before and after each needle is inserted.
Another way that she prevents pain is that she will give you a prescription for the (very low price) numbing cream so that you can start the numbing process at home an hour before. Believe me, this makes a "night & day" difference from other places who apply the numbing cream while you are in their office.
I have been going to her for many years (so has my mother) and she has never left a bruise from needles which is absolutely astonishing because I have bruised excessively when I had any type of facial filler or "botox" done by other doctors, plastic surgeons or cosmetic practices. The very unsightly bruises would last for weeks.
In fact, my helpful advice to you is to never have your lips filled by a plastic surgeon. I learned the hard way (with 2 different TOP plastic surgeons) that they are not as skilled! I was left with excessive bruising, embarrassing lumps, uneven lips that lasted for over 6 months and bumps that lasted a year. You may find yourself paying a lot of money and then not be able to go out in public for quite a long time. However, if this HAS happened to you, Dr. Shannon Heck can dissolve and fix it for you.

Today was my first appointment with Advanced Dermatology and I could not be happier about how it went. Every one of the staff is SO kind and truly makes you feel comfortable and made it the most positive experience where they make you feel like a priority and take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly communicate a course of action. I was cared for by PA Brittany Silverman today and I’m so happy to have found such a knowledgeable, kind and detail oriented dermatologist. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would!
Dr. Tobin may be one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. He is thorough and gives you logical options for your treatment. As long as he is there, I will go there too.
The staff was friendly and did a great job with my golden retriever Robin. She was back to herself after a day like nothing happened. The hardest part was keeping her from playing too much while she healed. I would trust them with any pet for any procedure.
We were traveling to Arizona from WA with our pet. She wasn’t feeling well and we were so worried. We found Adobe vet hospital. We told them if our concern and they got us in on the day I called. When I arrived there everyone was so helpful and kind. Dr Farrar was amazing. She answered all of my questions. Her recommendation really helped my dog. She was feeling better in no time. This place is amazing. They understand how important our furry babies are to us. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are angel on earth, here to care for our beloved pets and to keep us, the pet owners at ease. They are amazing!!!

Dr Carla Smith is a gifted veterinary medicine doctor! And the staff at Dynamite Animal Hospital are like a family to me and my doggusses! I came to Dynamite after my previous vet of 10 + years sold the practice and we became dollar signs to the doctors and their staff.
But not at Dynamite! We have standing appointments for our now older dogs who suffer from arthritis and allergies. Additionally, when ever anything arises, Dynamite finds a way to fit us in and they are quick to help in dealing with all the documentation for our pet insurance provider.
I also want to send a shout out to Virginia the nurse/vet tech who recently helped us with Maddie’s ears, as well as Chelsea and Sadie for reminding me of my appointments and Lacy for crunching math with me when we add a new medication to the mix, and Megan who is adept at juggling our Brussels Griffons when I come in! I just want to applaud the entire group; Brianna, Nicole, Lexi, and Danielle!

This practice is the best I've even been to in my 33 years of owning dogs. If things are bad, they get you in right away. One of my dogs broke her leg and they got her into surgery the next day. All around caring staff and just a good practice. No hassle med refills. I highly recommend them.

My family has been using Hopi for 8+ years now. I now have 4 dogs of my own and Hopi proves time and time again that they’ll go above and beyond to work with me and take care of my pups. They've been there and helped when my puppy was only 4 months old and had an abscess on his elbow from an injury. They've helped when my 4 yr old husky Zeus broke a bone in his arm. Just recently my 7 month old Husky puppy Stryker needed a major emergency surgery. They were willing to get him in quickly and did an amazing job! Without their help I don’t know what we would have done. They answer my questions in a timely manner, are flexible with scheduling and everyone has always been so friendly to us. Years ago I bought my wife a 10 pack of hot yoga university and she graduated to a membership. I’ve been working out a lot lately and needed to get a better stretch in to increase mobility. I started doing drop-ins and graduated to a 10 pack. I love it! It’s the perfect balance to lifting.I sweat a gallon age drink a gallon of water. The instructors are knowledgeable and the facilities are clean. A+, Top Notch, I recommend!

This studio is fire! As a traveller to Scottsdale recently, the service and experience here was amazing. We did a Sculpt class with Hannah, and a C2 with Anna Claire. Both instructors were phenomenal. I highly recommend this studio. We heard some construction in the area has been hard on this location, but I couldn’t say more on what a great experience we had here. Chill, friendly and amazing yoga for a decent price. We will be back.

Wonderful class this morning using a yoga wheel and blocks. Dawn is an excellent instructor and I am very happy she is teaching this class. Unfortunately she is only scheduling Naked Yoga once a month. I miss the regular Saturday class that was offered every Week before COVID shut down the studio. Hopefully if this class catches on Dawn will schedule more frequent events. Free yourself and try this class sometime. Find yoga till Dawn on meetup and Facebook.
I haven't had this type of yoga experience in almost 5 years. It's a place of learning while practicing with a great energy level. My 3 'new members' classes were with John Salisbury and I couldn't have been more pleased with his teaching methods. Hands on adjustments are the norm!
These classes are challenging for my older body but not impossible. Many ways to modify. Tasha explains the movements very well.
My body and soul are so grateful I found Simply Pilates. My strength and flexibility, especially in my spine, have noticeably increased. I’m getting so much out of the group classes -- instructors attend to my individual growth and challenge me while keeping a well-paced flow for everyone, regardless of level. I leave classes feeling like I've had a massage, maybe even better since you put in the work yourself. I credit Pilates for keeping me strong and "tuned up" as the years go by.

I am so thankful I found Keleigh! Earlier this year I had a large surgery and didn't feel comfortable taking group fitness classes. I've wanted to learn how to properly use the reformer and decided to give it a try. Keleigh is able to customize my workouts for my current abilities and pain limitations. She has really helped me in my recovery process and confidence. After each workout she checks in to see how you are doing and feeling. I highly recommend her, she is an amazing teacher and person.
I’m very thankful I found Steve and his pilates studio! I was able to learn weaknesses in my body that I never knew before. Im only a month in since I started working with Steve, but I can feel a huge difference in my body. Flexibility in my body has improved, I’m able to use muscles in my body that I wasn’t able to use prior to working with Steve. My most noticeable change is my core strength, Steve has really helped me strengthen my core in all aspects! If you are an athlete like myself, and want to improve your athletic performance. I highly recommend working with Steve!!
I can't say enough about how great my Pilates experience has been, all thanks to my amazing instructor, Bridgette! I've taken 11 weekly private lessons with her, and I literally feel like a new person after a lifetime of hating every form of exercise.
I never intended to do private sessions due to the cost, but I signed up with the promo 1:1 lesson to learn about the equipment and get started. I was nervous and intimidated going into my first session, but Bridgette immediately put me at ease. I know I was incredibly weak and stiff, but she was so knowledgeable and encouraging - I just knew I needed to continue learning from her. Over these past few months, Bridgette has pushed me to do things I never thought I was capable of, and she does it in a way that makes me feel confident and empowered. She’s always there cheering me on, especially when the moves are challenging or outside my comfort zone!
Fast forward to today, I can feel the difference in my body and mind. I've grown stronger, more coordinated, and way more confident in myself when I’m on the reformer. I've also started taking group classes, and all of the other instructors I’ve taken classes with at Remedy have been great too! Everyone is so kind and welcoming!

There is no other than Reformed Pilates! I’ve been a member for several years and it’s the best studio with the nicest and most professional ladies. Every class is different and I’ve learned such a wide variety of routines. They are very helpful answering questions and modifying exercises if needed. I just finished my 500th class today! ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve just moved here this year and found Reformed Pilates. It’s an awesome studio. The instructors are great. It had been a while since I’ve done Pilates so my form wasn’t up to par but the instructors assist you and are very helpful. The studio is very clean and organized. Booking a class is super simple especially if you have the app. Everyone who works out there seems really nice too. Since I’ve joined, I feel more balanced mentally and physically and even my posture has improved.
By a stroke of luck or misfortune, depending on your views of workout intensity, I landed in a lunch time Pilates class with just me and Miranda. I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.
I cannot say enough about Taylor and Kevin. I had been to another facility before for the same issue and saw no improvement. My orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery, but I wanted to try one more option before taking that step. I am so glad I did. This team completely turned things around for me. They quickly identified and treated the root of my hip issue, and within just a couple of weeks my pain level dropped significantly. I just completed my treatment, and I’m now pretty much pain-free. Taylor and Kevin are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful I found this place.
I had such an incredible massage here, I’m already planning my next one! Even though the massage started a little late, they made sure I got my full time, which I really appreciated. I was completely relaxed the entire session. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like I was seeing stars (not even exaggerating). The massage bed was super comfortable with the pillows they used, and I even emailed them afterward to ask what kind they were. They responded right away, and I ended up ordering the cervical pillow and leg bolster for myself! I’m genuinely sad I won’t be pregnant much longer, because that means I have limited time I can come back, it was that good. Highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back and plan to gift this experience to loved ones at future baby showers.
I'd hate for them to get even more busy but Mitch and Eric are very talented when you have chronic serious pain. Mitch has helped me come a long way whilst avoiding surgery which was my goal. I’ve been working with Ruel now weekly for over 6 months. When I met Ruel I was looking for someone to keep my body In check and assist with not only recovery but injury prevention.
I train 6 days a week, as an ex Ironman triathlete I still run, swim, and bike weekly as well as intense weigh sessions. I’m also an avid golfer and play weekly tournaments. I can say that my body has never felt so good since working the Ruel.
When I sustained a bulging disc last year he was able to help me through the recovery process and it has not bothered me since.
I’ve had a number of good body work people in my corner during my athletic career, and I can say without hesitation that Ruel is by far the best I’ve ever had. Not only is his method and technique spot on, but his demeanor and energy is beyond healing.
Suffice to say, my weekly session with Ruel is the one thing I truly look forward to every week.

Seth came to our home for a couple’s massage. He worked on my partner first, and then on me. He was very professional and knowledgeable in body work. I have some health issues and he asked all the appropriate questions one would expect prior to an appointment such as this. His technique is wonderful, and his check ins thoughtful. I have been seeing Jeanette for the past two years for monthly massages. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She has worked on several injuries that I sustained over the years, providing me with much needed relief. She went above and beyond by providing me with stretches for those injuries. I always make sure that I have her booked after I run half marathons! The office is clean and welcoming. Not to mention she follows strict COVID guidelines for a safe environment. Last weekend Michelle and one other masseuse came over to our VRBO to do private massages for a group of 6 girls for a bachelorette weekend. Everyone came out of their massage saying it was easily one of the top massages they ever received. Michelle was very easy to work with on setting up the appt. You provide her a room and she will do the rest with setup and soothing music. She was able to do different pressures for different types of girls. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
Dr Tom is beyond amazing at getting a sedentary stiff body moving healthy again… Do I dare say best in Arizona or anywhere? That would be hard to test unless I met every PT in the state and worldwide but from the ones I had seem before he definitely strives to listen to your story and goals and problem solve in the most direct way rather than giving you a bunch of exercises that don’t result in moving you towards where you want to be again. I don’t regret the decision to trust Dr Tom and his team one bit in my physical therapy journey. I hope you will discover the you that’s been locked up in years of sedentary stiffness too and finally set yourself free on the path to moving and aging healthy again!

I had a great experience with the owner, Jen who was very friendly and assigned me with a highly knowledgeable and caring physical therapist, Eric who was amazing in helping me recover from a knee injury with attention to detail, answering all my questions, and making a good plan for home exercises. I actually canceled my appointment with the ortho doctor because I began doing better quickly with Eric’s care.
Micheal and Cole are awesome. Really the entire staff is awesome here. They ask good questions and they listen. It’s PT, so it’s not fun, but they make it as fun as can be. Would highly recommend.

Dr Xiao has been treating me for many years now. She and her office staff are very accommodating with scheduling. I will continue to drive from North Peoria for her treatments.
I started seeing Dr. Harter in July 2024. I was dealing with Ménière’s disease and vestibular migraines—-severe vertigo and headaches. By September my dizzy spells stopped and my headaches were going away. She also helped my neck pain. Now I have bone on bone shoulder pain and Dr. Harter is making the pain go away. I see her once a week. Highly recommended!!
I’ve been seeing Dr Linda for several months to treat fibromyalgia because I get pain all over and now coming in for maintenance treatments. After just three treatments, I’m standing up straight for the first time in months—and my right ankle no longer rotates inward when I walk. Az Health Path has been a part of my life for over a decade now. Dr. Rachel Rhodes is tremendously competent in Reiki, Acupuncture and Natural Medicine. She has tremendous talent, concern and insight. From physical to emotional issues I may have had over the years she is spot on, insightful and always successful in meeting my needs— whatever they may be. Oh, and grief. I had tremendous loss in my family and through not that many reiki sessions my grief was really quelled. I can’t recommend Dr. Rachel and also Madison Rhodes for counseling highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

"After recently suffering from a stroke I have been experiencing tremendous pain. Most of the doctors associated with my case immediately prescribed pain pill after pain pill which I know is the norm.
My wife suggested that I at least try acupuncture. Going in with a fair amount of scepticism, I have to report that for the first time in months I am pain free. Ms. Burke is both a lifesaver and the answer to some pretty serious prayers.
Prior to the stroke I suffered from a number of sports related injuries and this pain was addressed as well. In addition, the level of relaxation I have achieved is frankly remarkable.
Ms Burke is very kind, sensitive and a professional. I couldn't recommend Visionary Acupuncture more unless I picked you up and drove you there.
I tore a small tendon in my right bicep playing too much pickle ball. Dr. Han made a huge difference. The pain was persistent no matter the position of my arm, around level 5-6 and constant. Sleeping was miserable. After the first session I was able to sleep much better. What I noticed was the deep relaxation I felt after the sessions. After 5-6 sessions I hardly had any pain at all, level 1.
I went back to playing after 3 months and have not had any issues in the 2 years since this happened. Dr. Han is very kind and knows how to heal. The setting is professional, clean and very quiet. I highly recommend Dr. Han.

What a hidden gem! I was vacationing in Scottsdale and doing a ton of hiking and really needed a massage. I found T2 Foot Massage / AA Foot Spa after taking a yoga class at Modern Yoga (wonderful!) in the same shopping center. The place is very welcoming and clean with a soothing atmosphere and music. At such a great deal, I opted for the 90 minute combo (10 minutes head/face, 40 minutes feet, 40 minutes body). Oh my, Sue is amazing! Strong knowledgeable hands! And so loved the hot feet soak and hot stones for the back. I was buttah when done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (& tip well!)

I went to Driving MBA for my grandson. It was the best decision I made. The staff was super nice and patient with students,parents and grandparents Instructors gave in person and online highlights of each driving session. Upbuilded the student to let them know the things they did well and what to work on. I would highly,highly recommend their services.
