I started coming here 2x/week after I developed extreme upper back pain in my third trimester of pregnancy. My husband would have to massage my back for an hour for me to get any relief but after I started seeing Meera and Aakash here, it made a huge difference! All my back pain went away after a couple weeks and they were amazing at being mindful of my pregnancy and growing belly.
