Always the best service from this long-time valley leader in rugs and their maintenance. Had our latest large (9x12) rug cleaned by them and they did not disappoint (they never do!). Phenomenal service all the way around: from the appointment set-up, then pick up of the rug, its cleaning and then re-delivery just a week later! The guys who picked it (& re-delivered it) up were great…super professional, courteous and friendly. They were diligent about moving our furniture and making sure they had everything back in its proper place. All-in-all another great experience! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
We have used this company a few times now and every time our Rugs come back better than expected. We have a variety of handmade rugs and wouldn’t trust them to anyone but PV.
