Really great classes and instructors here. I only do the sculpt but it's definitely the workout that I need with the limited time I have to work out during the week. Expect to definitely sweat, bring plenty of water and a towel.

I recently attended the Accu-Detox Yoga class at Idol Hands Healing and it was an incredible experience. From the moment the session began, the entire atmosphere was calming and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to truly relax and let go of stress.

Tara’s hands-on treatment during the class was exceptional. She was intuitive, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. The care she brought to the Accu-Detox portion of the session made the experience feel deeply intentional and supportive, and you could feel the healing energy throughout the room.

Taylor Kinnerup's class cannot be recommended enough! She keeps you pumped both physically and emotionally. She takes the time to know her students and commands a strong sense of community. I've been following her from studio to studio and will continue to do so; we all know it's about who is leading and not about the studio!
