Just Be Yoga is a premier yoga studio in Scottsdale, offering 16 years of experience in the valley. The studio features a brand new location with covered parking, spacious lobby, and large restrooms with multiple showers. They provide hot yoga and deep stretch classes, as well as a large retail area selling yoga clothing, accessories, and gift ideas. For new or visiting students, rentals are available for yoga classes and towels. The studio is known for its warm and friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors, and awesome classes with great music. The spacious and clean shower and changing area, along with the cute merchandise shop, complete the overall experience.

Sumits Yoga is like flying first class. The top-tier instruction is delivered in a welcoming, spacious environment, leaving me invigorated and ready to squeeze in my next class. Sumit taught an exceptional breath work class bringing clarity and depth to the intersection of yoga and neuroscience. Sumits Yoga is next level.

I went to Sumits yoga by accident. Google Maps took me to the other location (not the McDowell one, which I’d registered for the hot pilates class at 6 pm). And instead of shooing me away, they welcomed me with open arms and I have to say I did the most beautiful unique flow I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been doing the traditional 90 min bikram sequence for 13 years. I found the instructor incredibly nurturing, humorous, understanding, and knowledgeable. It was a happy accident that I wanted to replicate but I couldn’t get back into this studio as I was there from out of town!! However, if I ever I am back in Scottsdale, I will be there. I love coming to Just Be Yoga! The studio is always clean, calm, and welcoming, and the instructors are amazing at guiding all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. I’ve especially enjoyed the hot yoga classes, which are challenging but leave me feeling refreshed and centered every time. The atmosphere feels warm and supportive, and it’s become one of my favorite places to recharge both physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great yoga community in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area.
