Wow just had an appointment with Matthew of AC by J . He was very prompt and called before he came over. He checked out our air conditioner and heater and gave us some recommendations to make our units run more efficient. Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. We were very happy to have joined their membership and have them come back 4 times a year to make sure everything stays in working order! We truly recommend AC by J.
Excellent service. The technician Wes was extremely professional and courteous. Service was completed in a timely manner no issues. Everyone we have worked with or spoken to with AC by J has just been fantastic! Starting with their office personnel, sales person (Mike) and the extraordinary installation crew (headed by Zach), their attention to customer service was top-notch. Zack even stayed and helped us download our new thermostat programs to our cell phones when he was supposed to have been in a class that he was taking. This was the best experience with contractors that I’ve ever had.
