After calling several electricians for a simple ceiling fan installation, Alan was the only one who would provide a straightforward estimate without requiring an onsite visit first. He was refreshingly honest, transparent, and even offered suggestions that saved me money. Stephanie was also helpful with scheduling and made the process easy from the start.

Being a first-time customer without a major issue, I was extremely impressed with the prompt service to take care of my electrical issue.
