I haven't had this type of yoga experience in almost 5 years. It's a place of learning while practicing with a great energy level. My 3 'new members' classes were with John Salisbury and I couldn't have been more pleased with his teaching methods. Hands on adjustments are the norm!
I've been consistently coming now for 4 months. I normally would just jump around to studios. I had a few people recommend coming here. I loved the vibe from day one! It's so educational, I absolutely love the music, and all the instructors are great in their own way. I have seen and felt a difference not only in my body but in my mind and spirit as well. So grateful for this place. Looking forward to more progress.
If you are looking for mindful, breath to movement yoga - this is the place for you! I LOVE this studio. I tried a whole bunch of studios around the valley and all of them felt more like a workout class than yoga. The studio doesn't use artificial humidity and is kept warm but not overwhelmingly hot (don't be confused though, you'll still get a great sweat) - I think it's in the low 90s if memory serves. The classes are all different (so not the same sequence each time) and I love that. They are challenging but in a way that makes you feel good (and strong) and not like some of the other hot yoga studios in the valley that just leave you feeling depleted.If you are a...read full review
