I am so thankful I found Keleigh! Earlier this year I had a large surgery and didn't feel comfortable taking group fitness classes. I've wanted to learn how to properly use the reformer and decided to give it a try. Keleigh is able to customize my workouts for my current abilities and pain limitations. She has really helped me in my recovery process and confidence. After each workout she checks in to see how you are doing and feeling. I highly recommend her, she is an amazing teacher and person.

Keleigh is AMAZING!!!! I started training with Keleigh over five-years ago when I was recovering from a back injury. I wanted someone to pay attention to my form and ensure I was doing exercises that helped strengthen my core and back, and also ensure I would not re-injure my back.
