We were in town for a few days and needed a summer cut for our Maltipoo. Found this place on Google and what a great find! Staff was very friendly, grooming was done exactly the way I wanted and pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I called in town. Our Maltipoo was very happy when we picked him up, which says a lot about the place. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer!
Absolutely recommend Uptown Pet Spa.
I brought in my almost 2-year-old Belgian Malinois/Chow mix, Rex, who is a high-energy, anxious dog that we’ve been doing a lot of training with. Before scheduling anything, I spoke with Kim and explained the situation, including that another groomer had declined to groom him.
Kim invited us in for a meet-and-greet first, not a grooming appointment, just to see how Rex did and whether her team felt comfortable. After spending 10–15 minutes with him, she felt confident they could work with him.
