Okay this is an honest rating from a 19 year old girl who was in so much stress and crying uncontrollably because my cat jumped off my damn balcony and I thought he was really hurt so I rushed him in at like 1 in the morning and I couldn't find the entrance so I called and all I see is this lady running out to help me (and I'm by myself) I'm like omg this lady is so nice so I'm crying even harder and I get my cat inside and all the people there are so nice and actually made me feel like I was in a room with my sisters because they were all just good people and easy to talk to they made sure he was okay just a scratch on his butt but honestly anyone complaining in a review...read full review

To say that this place has the kindest caring people is a huge huge understatement They took time to talk to me on the phone and had me bring my bengal. Upon arriving they immediately took her and gave her a quick examination and let me know that she seemed ok and to take her home and watch her. They didn't even charge me. What a wonderful place with wonderful people.

You need an emergency vet? Go here! I waited two hours at an initial ER vet where my cat had basic vitals taken, while we then sat in a room waiting to be seen while other pets considered more critical were seen before us. We called AMSC to ask about their availability, and rushed over to them, leaving the other place. Upon arrival at AMSC, we told them that what was going on with our cat, and they immediately took him back, did a BP check, and found his BP to be at 250 and told us that his retina had detached as a result. They started him on BP meds. That is how triage should work. Who knows what previous minutes were wasted at the first ER vet who couldn't be bothered...read full review
