Having years and years and YEARS of chiropractic care from many providers in many states, using the Cox Method, Dr. Leisa Grgula stands out as the best! I felt relief after only a few visits. In addition, she provides great counsel for what movements/exercises/stretches one should and should not do for their condition. I highly recommend Dr. Grgula.

As a strength athlete, I was having some constant lower back pain throughout the day, which was hindering my ability to squat or deadlift. Within a few treatments/adjustments I was 95-100% pain free and squatting lifetime records.

Excellent care using the Cox method that most people don’t know about. Very comfortable adjustment combined with acupuncture and the use of a brace really helps where other methods haven’t worked very well.I highly recommend Dr Leisa!
