We needed help with a lock at our shop again. Used Diamondback Lock and Key before for another office door, so I already knew who to call. Same deal this time, they got it working and swapped the worn part out. Quick visit, no hassle, everything lines up right now. Will use again.
honestly after the first guy quoted me like double the price AND couldn't even give me a time, i was so frustrated. our back office door bolt just wasn't catching and it was a real security issue. called Diamondback Lock and Key and finally found someone who knew what they were doing. they showed up fast, fixed the strike plate alignment, and now that bolt throws all the way like it's supposed to. so relieved
Diamondback Locksmith fixed/replaced my squeaky, sticky front door hardware fast and did it right. No upselling, no hassle, just good honest work. Door works like new now. Would call them again in a heartbeat!
