Broke my key off in the dead bolt of my front door. Called diamondback and within 30minutes they got someone out to help me and I was inside. They changed all the locks in my house to one key for super cheap. Definitely recommend
So I unfortunately was given the gift of a crazy roommate and after what seemed like forever I was finally able to get them out of my home. These guys came through for me in a pinch and replaced all my locks. They made it so I could actually sleep at night. Thanks guys!
Late flight + bad key = horrible locked out experience. I called diamondback and spoke with someone quickly. 5 minutes later they were in the way. By some ridiculous twist of fate, I was able to get in. I called to cancel and they were so nice. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them if I get locked out again !
