Loved how quickly they were able to come. I scheduled them the night before and he came first thing in the morning. It did take about 5 hours but it was mostly because he had to wait for a special machine since the issue was worse than expected. I will definitely be using the company and the same technician again!
Our water heater went out last night and called Zest first thing in the morning and our heater is replaced today. Customer service was so helpful and Mike the tech, did an outstanding job! We have used them for years and are extremely happy with Zest! Thankful for the caring, professional and really quick service.
My kitchen sink drain was clogged and water was backing up into my sink from the condo unit above me as we share the same clean out valve. Michael arrived on time and was very personable and assessed the problem. He was professional and courteous and was able to solve the problem from the exterior of my building so it did not make a mess or create additional work by having to remove the P-trap under the sink. He snaked out the drain to remove any additional debris and my sink was working again within a very short period of time. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends or clients who need their services
