I had a great experience getting pierced by Shane at Mastodon. He genuinely cares about both the quality of his work and the experience he provides for his clients. He takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly, answers questions without making you feel rushed, and is always reasonable and willing to help however he can. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that passion shows in both his craftsmanship and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable piercer.

Highly recommend Mastodon Piercing in Scottsdale! Shane, the owner with 30+ years of experience, is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The studio is spotless, modern, and comfortable. He explained the process thoroughly and expertly reopened my old earlobe piercings—no new holes needed. It was far less painful, saved money, and healed easily. Go to a true expert like Shane!
