Jacob arrived quickly, and just as quickly identified the problem. He did what he needed to do and resolved the problem. Then, he explained the cause and resolution, sharing details so I understood clearly for future issues if they come up again. However, the issue was resolved, and I don’t expect future needs. Gabe Canfield was by today to do our annual sewer scope we get with the Cosmis Club membership. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He let me watch the whole process and aswered all my questions. Its been a while since we had one so he was able to show me what he looks for and gave me the all clear on how it looks.
