I just love United Water and Air. Came out quickly, addressed a water softer problem. Problem resolved. They also installed and serviced my reverse osmosis water in my kitchen sink. Love have clean fresh water and the touch of a hand. These folks are great. Highly recommend.

I was having an issue with my softener system. When I called to get an appointment, I was informed that my service was transferred to United Water. I contacted them and was told that they could send someone out pretty quick. Joe, their technician, showed up and was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided a recommendation to better the system for our usage. All in terms that were easily understandable. With the great customer service from the office, I highly recommend giving them an opportunity for your business, as they also provide plumbing and HVAC services.

I purchased a fantastic water softener system from United Water and Air and it delivers just as Austin discussed with me during the sales call! Austin chemically tested my water before and after installation to display the difference in PH, nitrates and hardness of the water! The installation was seamless and Sam, Zack and Austin are true professionals! There was a small amount of brine that spilled on my driveway from the old water softener that they removed and they were adamant about making sure that there was no stain on my driveway!
