I love working with Justin and his team at Sure Tech!!! He has done work for me at the office and at home. The team is very professional and kind (they wear booties in the house too!). They came out quickly and fixed the AC the same day. The price was reasonable and service was great!!!!
Last month Nick & Sam from SureTech replaced our old broken furnace with a new one. We are very happy customers! Nick & Sam were delightful to work with. The outside temperature was very cold at this time & these guys went out of their way to make sure we had good space heaters to get us thru the week end with no furnace. Once all the furnace parts were here Nick & Sam stayed on task and we had a new working furnace by the end of the 8+ hr. work day. They were thorough in answering all of our questions. We could not ask for better service.

The technician who came is Jairo Purifoy. He was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and took time to explain what he found and what he fixed in terms I could understand. AND, he found the problem and repaired it. I can't say enough about this young man. He is excellent in every way and SureTech is very fortunate to have him representing their company.
