Tech person Terran was first rate! He was very patient with me as I don't know much about heat pumps. Ours being an older system, he was very thorough and explained every step he performed! Entek installed the system 25 years ago, and thanks to them it's still, it still working good. Thanks Terran and Entek

Michael communicated his arrival to our home well. He was respectful of our home, listened to our concerns and addressed them with options suited best for us. He interacted with our extremely friendly dog and our two young boys, acknowledging them and smiling at them. Their presence was not an inconvenience to his work. He is knowledgeable and experienced giving me confidence that he, and Entek, can take care of our HVAC system.

Entek was an obvious choice for me among the three quotes I got. They priced competitively and the estimator was polite and professional. Shout out to the techs who stayed late in the cold to install heat for me. I’m glad I went with the hyper heat option. We don’t have many days of below freezing weather, but those days are the hardest. I’ll recommend and use Entek for all my future HVAC needs.
