After a very bad experience with another company, I was referred to Smart Choice by collegues. I am in the HVAC industry for the record and I fell prey during a crisis to an unscrupulous company a couple of years back during a heat wave. From the first conversation with Jen in the Smart Choice office, I knew they were the right company. Communication is so important and Jen is a master class in customer service. Their price is very reasonable and the attention to detail was impeccable. Proper service and maintenance of HVAC equipment is critical for the lifespan. After a nightmare experience with a different predatory hvac company, smart choice saved the day. Immediately, I could tell I was dealing with honest and knowledgeable people as opposed to salesman just trying to mark up the price and take advantage of me. It was a completely different vibe. They quoted me $6k less than the other company for the same new system plus install. They arrived on time, communicated through the whole process, and the guys that came out were kind and respectful.
