Like most people, we got 4 quotes for AC installation. One contractor pressured us to replace the whole furnace. Another kept pointing out how out of code our system was (installed 15 years ago, part of an addition) and claimed it wouldn’t pass inspection.
Then EJ showed up and actually walked us through our options. He recommended a system that would let us rely less on our existing furnace- dual mode instead of the single-mode systems competitors offered, and it came in at a slightly more competitive price. EJ is a lifesaver! We have used EJ’s Ideal Heating & Cooling multiple times over the years for a variety of projects, and he has always been fantastic.
A few years ago, he installed zoning in our home, giving us three separate heating and cooling zones. It has been amazing and made such a difference in the comfort of our home.
Most recently, our heat pump quit right before the hottest week of the year, leaving us without AC. EJ jumped right into the project, walked us through multiple options and products, and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with our choice. Esteban installed our mini split last week & has helped cool down our top floor/ made it so much less muggy! Was able to get on the schedule with him pretty quickly. Wonderful quality, communication & customer service! We plan on continuing to work with Esteban for maintenance. Highly recommend EJ’s Heating & Cooling.
