“We had great service from Summit Plumbing. They were able to get to us within just a couple of hours. The two guys who came out were professional and highly competent. They completed the work quickly (we had a leaking pressure relief valve on the water heater) including new shutoff valves for the water lines and at the tank. They went above and beyond when we ran into some old remodel work that was done incorrectly. Their price was more than reasonable- plumbing is expensive but they were not excessive. I would use them again without any concerns.“
“Had an issue 3/3/24 with a water leak behind my hot water heater, behind the sheet rock. Removed the sheet rock and insulation, found the leak, and called Apollo at 7:45 on 3/4/24. Got a 10 - 2 window for a service call. Mike, the tech from Apollo called around noon and said he was on his way. Mike was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate, we accepted the estimate, and Mike went to work. He did an excellent job replacing piping and some hardware, tested the new lines for leaks and was done. We didn't expect to have it fixed the same day which was a very pleasant surprise. I read a lot of reviews on Apollo and was glad I chose them. “What a pain...my drains backed up, toilets won't flush, tub doesn't drain!! I called Pacific Plumbing and drain at 8 AM. 9:15 AM my drains were draining! Henery JR, was amazing. “Nathan was great! Professional and on time. We had some corrosion causing a leak in one of the pipes connected tour water heater and he was able to swap that out, add a valve as well as an expansion tank that we were missing. I got a text when he was on his way along with a tracker so you could see where he was en-route. Very nice feature for knowing how long you have to use your water until it’ll be turned off temporarily. He even noticed a few things on our exterior hose bibs that we didn’t think about which may save us from a frozen pipe in the future!“
