Power Vac cleaned my furnace vents prior to installation of a new heat pump. The Technician was very professional and helpful. He called when he ran into traffic on the way, yet still arrived very close to the original time. The service was quicker and quieter than expected. He covered his shoes to keep our carpet clean and kept us informed. The cost was less than another service quoted to us and the date was perfect, as it was done the day before our heat pump installation. That pleased the heat pump installer.
Altogether we were very happy with the service!
John and Jaden were great. Very quick and careful in doing the job. They explained how they would do the job and showed me the amount of debris (including some remodeling tile residue) that they removed from the ducts. Overall great experience.
