If you're considering giving it a go -- I'd definitely recommend giving it at least one try.The equipment used was top notch - they should make couches and/or airplane seats out of the material used for the stretch beds! (The "gun" they use is also commercial grade and much better than a Theragun.)Alex, who was my stretcher (and also the area manager of all 3 seattle locations), is super friendly. She made sure that each stretch was deep enough but not painful. It was also neat how passionate she is about stretching, mobility and recovery overall. I surprised to learn that the two owners (one a chiropractor and the other a professional athlete) are also stretching fanatics. (For whatever reason, I would have thought it was owned by some silent finance folks who were just looking to make a profit but didn't care about the space.)“

“My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“
