I really loved that I received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was going to respond to my call. It was reassuring knowing who to expect. I also received a call from Caden when he was about 10 minutes away. The service was a little pricier than I expected, but it was a set price and I knew how much the charges were going to be before Caden began the work. (Some places charge based on how long it takes and how far away you are from their place if business.) I had a choice of payment options, and no additional fee to use my card, so I appreciate that as well.
