Windows Installation in Spokane Valley

“This review is for the installation crew for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. On March 23 and 24, 2026, Anthony White and his crew, Scott Buchery, Evan Conwell and Austin Avery, arrived to install our windows and doors. The crew was very polite, offered to wear shoe covers and asked before using our “facilities”. They worked efficiently and quietly. It was clear they were experienced with installation and function of each product. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed. There was damage to/issues with some of our products and when it was brought up, Anthony was already aware and assured us it would be noted in his after install report and taken care of. The Crew cleaned up any mess and hauled away trash and debris at the end of both install days. At the end of the second install day, they ensured windows and doors were clean and functioning properly. Anthony also took time to go over each product and discuss proper function and maintenance.“

“We love our new roof! The whole team at Advance Roofing was excellent. George was actually available the day I called to meet for a quote. He was always available to answer any questions along the way. The office person (can't remember her name) was very helpful with scheduling and contracts. The 5 man roofing team went above and beyond. Finished the 2 layer tear off, re-decking (that was absolutely needed), underlayment, 2 chimney/several vent removal, 3 new vents install, new ridge vent, flashing, 2" drip edge and new shingles in 2 days! Even left me a brick of shingles for any possible future repairs. After we paid the down payment, we were relieved to hear our electrician had used Advanced for his new roof last year and was very happy. We would definitely recommend Advanced Roofing.“

“I priced out replacement windows from Home Depot and the price was unreasonable for my budget. I had River City Glass come out and they suggested that only the glass needed to be replaced since the vinyl frames were still good. What a cost savings!!! I had a new French door installed where there use to be a slider and I love it. I had glass replaced in several windows along the south/west facing side of my house with low-E glass. The installers were polite, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was 100% happy. They had to come back a few times because the Milgaurd French door was hard to lock, but they took care of it. Very pleased.“
