Chris goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with his work. He's also kind and calming to be around. He has become my go-to artist for all my tattoos. I recommend him for newbies and vets alike. His new shop is clean and aesthetically pleasing as well. Always a great experience.

I’ve been getting all my tattoos from Angelica for over 25 years since the original shop was on East Sprague. Hands down, one of the most detailed artists in Spokane. Can not recommend enough.

Arrived at Lady Luck today as a walk-in. No took care of me right away and made sure my design was perfectly sized for my leg. He took a lot of time making sure that every millimeter of my tattoo looked perfect and suggested i come back for shading. It was an important memorial tattoo for my mom and I really appreciated his skill and humor. My leg kept involuntarily jerking and he still managed to keep every lane perfect. The price was more than reasonable so I gave him a big tip! Would recommend Noel to anybody if he has been tattooing since 1985!
