Courtland Place is a wonderful senior community. Special kudos to Amanda, who is the executive in charge. I live quite a distance from Spokane and she has been very helpful in working with me online in handling situations related to my mother. I strongly recommend Courtland.

Beautiful apartments and everyone - staff and residents - is so incredibly friendly. The food is wonderful and plentiful. There are fun activities. And Amanda is famous and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

A very friendly community with everyone feeling like family. All apartments are on one floor with an elevator to the downstairs which has an exercise room, a beauty shop and a Man Cave for activities. Management is always working toward making sure our needs are met. There is a very comfortable dining room which is where the evening meal is served. We have a very friendly and competent wait staff. The chefs continue to serve a variety of meals to satisfy every ones dietary needs. We have an activities director who arranges entertainment regularly for us as well as in house and out activities. I am very content here having resided at Courtland Place for six years.
