I brought my 95 year old mother in to have a skin cancer spot remover. The doctor and his assistants did a wonderful job easing her apprehension and quickly removing the spot on her right temple. The follow up testing and stitches went well. Overall, this was a necessary but not unpleasant experience for her.
From start to finish, the staff were wonderful. When I called to schedule an appt, I was able to get in due to a cancellation the very next day. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional. There were 10 people waiting to be seen, but they are so well staffed that I got in right on time.

Good overall. I was surprised though that neither nurse nor the doctor knew why I was there for that appointment. This was a yearly check-up I scheduled with the office in advance - which I had to remind the nurse/doctor of. Also, they apparently had not reviewed my file because I had to remind them of a previous visit earlier this summer and what was done - the nurse at that time was different, however. Things felt a bit rushed ... get you in, get you out quickly but overall, the actual checkup was thorough and questions were satisfactorily answered.
