I believe the guy who cleaned was named Jacob? I live in an apartment and only had him clean two rooms and not move furniture. He got it done in probably less than an hour - from setting everything up to finishing! The carpet looks and smells great and he was able to remove some stubborn candle wax. Definitely a good value and a kind young man.
