Ive been looking at my options for future downsizing. I haven't built with Adair Homes, so I can't speak to the construction process, but I've had positive interactions with their Spokane team. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without any pressure. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help as I explored my options.

Great experience ! Very clear and concise information in regards to the home building process. They offer amazing Interest Rates, 3.99% on a 7 year arm & 4.99% on Jumbo Loans ! I will be working with Adair Homes further for sure !
