I just recently purchased my house and decided to take advantage of a water heater flush special Gold Seal was running since I had no idea how long it had been since the previous service. From the time I called to make the appointment they have been very kind and professional, Kaitlyn(sp?) had me scheduled the following week in no time. When the day of the appointment arrived they were right on time for the appointment window I had and even called and texted (when I want able to take the call) to verify I was available and ready. Called Gold Seal about a filter replacement. Ben and Luke arrived about 30 minutes later. Had to install a new type filter system and replaced a defective shutoff valve. Professional and quick as always. Can’t imagine using any one else. Thanks !
