I just switched dentists after over a decade after relocating back to Spokane. I was so apprehensive and nervous because my teeth are sensitive, I hate change, I fear needles and have all the normal dental anxiety. Let me tell you not only was Diane, the hygienist, so knowledgeable, and intentional- but she had the lightest hand I’ve ever come across-she made me feel so relaxed- Tamera, the Dentist, was efficient and kind, and the entire staff was so welcoming- -one of their staff Maddy made me laugh the entire time I was getting X-rays and that was impressive because let’s be honest nobody loves X-rays!

They are always on time, very friendly, always remember me and greet me by name when I walk in. They are very pleasant to work with and have been for the last 15 years, would recommend always. I love that they are open on Saturdays so I can always see my same hygienist Debbie who works with me well and doesn't 'hurt' me when cleaning my teeth as some dental practices have in the past.
My hygienist was very friendly and gentle. She made me feel comfortable with great, easy going conversation. The whole experience was also wonderfully efficient.
