Brandon here. I first visited Red Oak Barbershop on May 9th of 2025. I've had dozens of great haircuts with Matt over the last year. I really enjoy the ease of making haircut appointments either through text or with the journal and Matt does an excellent job of reminding me of my appointments the day prior.
The barbershop has a nice vibe and I enjoy catching up and chatting about life in between my visits. I prefer getting the 'usual' (which Matt always remembers for me) which consists of a skin fade, combover, and hard part. I often get stopped in public or have people in my workplace compliment me on the quality of my haircut days later. Be sure to bring cash and I always like to tip well to show my appreciation for the care and quality delivered in the haircut.
I look forward to my next appointment tomorrow and highly recommend this barbershop to all interested in getting a quality haircut. All of the other barbers do a great job as well and each one of their clients always end up leaving with a clean haircut.
My first visit with SHF was wonderful. Upon arrival, I was met with a high level of hospitality. Nurse Lisa went above and beyond to extend an unmatched visit to any other; full of care, compassion and education. Came in for a teeth cleaning. Appt was on time. Sabrina was personable and gentle in her teeth cleaning.

Dr. Susan was very attentive and inquisitive to understanding the history and possible causes of why my 8 week old is having digestive issues. She thoroughly explained the areas of tension my baby was experiencing and laid out a plan to address. She was honest in her abilities to help which I really appreciated

I really enjoy this gym! The coaches are all super friendly and supportive, not many gyms you can go to and be recognized and called by name in your first couple visits, it really makes you feel welcome. Im new to the crossfit platform and the community at Black Goat Fitness is encouraging to learn from and work out with. There is alot to gain by joining this group and I look forward to putting in the work and experiencing all they have to offer. Highly recommend.
Best experience EVER! This is coming from an individual with extensive dental history/trauma which has caused EXTREME dental anxiety. I learned about this practice from a mom's group friend Kassi who works as a hygienist here. She was so sweet to ask questions before I was even scheduled to help get the right providers for my needs. From the moment I entered Simonds dental office I was greeted very warmly by the front end staff that made me feel like family. They also greeted me at the end very warmly and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving their office. Amie is a BEYOND amazing hygienist in her skills, knowledge, teaching and bedside manner. She sat down and really listened and asked amazing follow up questions to learn more about my history. She made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning by her bedside manner, paraffin wax, warm neck wrap and free nitrous. Amie explained everything she was doing and what she is looking for and assessing. This was the first experience I had where someone did teaching of what they are monitoring and what is normal/not normal. Dr. Ross was equally AMAZING. He sat down and listened to my history as well. He provided ideas of avenues to pursue for nerve pain management. He took time out of his busy day to call a specialist in the Tri Cities to give them a heads up of my case. He also encouraged me to come back if I ever need more help with referrals. While talking to him it was like talking to a family member who truly cares about my health. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. He provided great recommendations like getting pain addressed before getting treatment for gum recession. 100000% recommend seeing this dental practice...especially if you have dental anxiety!!! You won't be disappointed ❤
Recently attended the 90s night, instructed by Nikki, and it was a blast! This is the best yoga studio I have been to. They make you feel right at home and I love the positive and welcoming energy. Nikki was funny and engaging while also doing an excellent job showing scaled versions of movements that fit every level. Highly recommend and I will be back!
I love tint! I have sent several friends and family members to Lauren. She is the most talented cosmetic tattooing artist I have ever found! She is so patient and knowledgeable. I felt like the studio was spotless and inviting.
I absolutely love my massages when I’m sore and need total body relief! Andrea is amazing at what she does! I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage when you live in pain everyday! Or just for the needed relaxation that she gives when working your muscles! I’ve been to lots and I absolutely think she goes above and beyond!!
Highly recommend! Dr Johnson and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, have great attention to detail, are SO patient with the kids (and adults, lol) and they make the process so smooth and easy. Our kids now have more beautiful smiles than ever.

Really beautiful spa — it was comfortable and well decorated. Spaces were beautifully lit. Amber was absolutely incredible, she did magic work on my absolutely wrecked back!!
I was in a car accident.... it took 3 days for everything to fall apart. If it werent for Dr. Binns I wouldn't be walking. I have never had chiropractic care since I was 13.. I was also pretty particular about who I'd see. Their office is efficient and thorough. Thank you for the great service!

From the moment we walked in till we left that afternoon, it was clear everyone cares deeply for animals!
They took so much time with us and really spent time with Tuffy to make sure he was comfortable and happy. It wasn't just an in/out visit. They spent an hour with us which is unheard of! We traveled 3.5 hours from Montana for our visit so when it was determined testing would be needed, they made time to get it done even though they were understaffed. I really appreciate that, especially with the cost of gas right now! And we can do our follow-up appointment via telemedicine, yay!

I have been a client of hers for well over 10 years and have always received outstanding service. Throughout the years I have had numerous injuries and when I have a massage, she has completely addressed my aches and pains. Her knowledge of the human body and muscles is incredible so she knows when to put more pressure in spots to relieve any tightness or just loosen the muscles for relief. She has many years of experience and two locations available (Liberty Lake & North Spokane). The office setting at Captivating Massage Therapy is calming and comfortable which is a must for relaxing massage. I cannot recommend her enough!
Dr. Tara Williams and Dr. Julie Bergeron were both excellent while caring for our precious dog. It was very difficult circumstances, but both of the doctors worked with us to make things as good as they could be for our girl. Every person we encountered was excellent at their jobs, but just as importantly they delivered compassion and understanding at a time when emotions were running so very high. Our pup is fine, but we won't forget the close call or the excellent care she got. Thanks to everyone at Liberty Lake Vet Center.
This is the best chiropractor I have had in my entire life. He is very down to earth family man. He adjusts you according to your health needs and massages you first so that your body will accept the adjustment. Emily gave me a cut and color to blend my roots with my formerly bleached hairstyle. It looks wonderful, she took her time and does very fine high/low lights that look natural. I'm back to loving my hair.
Plush tanning salon & spa is affordable, full of laughs and feels like home when you walk in, they are respectful and always there to accommodate you! I go there for everything now and they go higher then my ideas everytime makeing me feel naturally beautiful I want to shout out the owner for being so full of life to everyone that walks in will always be going there so amazing there work is so beautiful 😍

We were looking for a great gym in the Liberty Lake area and decided to check out Liberty Lake Athletics Club. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has an awesome atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and how welcoming everyone was from the moment we walked in. Our family just recently moved into our home here in Spokane and after 1 yellow jacket queen came through our fire place we knew we wanted to get ahead of any pest problems. We signed up for a year long contract with them, feeling grateful we can contact them for pest reasons in between quarterly services if needed. Our opening technician Jessie Flower was on time and very efficient. I was impressed with her knowledge and her expertise when answering my questions.
