Dropped in to workout at Black Goat while on a business trip. I was greeted right away as I walked through the door and shown around the facility. The members were super friendly and the staff were friendly and professional. I drop in to a lot of CrossFit gyms in my travels and this one has to be one of the best. 10/10 can’t wait to come back.

BLISS . . . Ancient Egyptians, (and other ancient cultures), had it right, with the practice of multiple hands manipulating the body to support a balance to the flow of energy. Samantha and Andrea did that, and so much more, during my hour with them for their TANDEM massage. As I told them, had I been a cat, I’d be purring . . . and quite loudly I'd imagine. Seriously, this experience is well worth it. It is a great gift to and for yourself (for any reason, or none at all other than to give it a try). It would also be a nice reward/thank you for a hard-working student/employee/caretaker. A thank you for someone hosting you at their house, or a birthday gift, would also be good ways to share this experience. Thank you ladies, for your skills, and the hour of escaping the world while becoming a puddle of uber relaxation and bliss. My wish would be for everyone to get this body/spirit reboot. I absolutely love my massages when I’m sore and need total body relief! Andrea is amazing at what she does! I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage when you live in pain everyday! Love Binn chiropractic clinic! They were able to get me in quickly and also always find a way to squeeze in additional family members as needs arise. He is very punctual and gets you in and out quickly.

In my experience, Dr Binn has been really friendly, sincere, and honest. He answers all my many questions (and my kids questions) openly and frankly. I appreciate that he utilizes a wide variety of techniques and tools, depending on the needs and goals.
I initially went in for a routine wellness adjustment but discovered that my hips were really out of alignment. He’s been helping me get my alignment in order and giving me tips to maintain and keep the alignment. I find that his recommended adjustment schedule is very reasonable.

Took my daughter in for her first eye exam and I was worried about whether or not she'd be willing to sit and follow directions through the exam. Dr. Fischer was very kind and patient and even explained all her 'scary' instruments to help ease some of the nervousness. I also thought the front desk staff were very kind and patient and helped me find a pair of sunglasses that would fit my face well. I highly recommend.
Amy is awesome. Does a great job. My wife is also her customer for hair color and the full women’s, whatever you have done. We have been happy clients for over five years now, and we both have zero complaints. She is really good, and so as a result, if you don’t have an appointment, forget about it. But we love her and highly recommend her.
Whitney has been my stylist for at least a decade. She’s the best! At times when she wasn’t available Davey has done my hair and had great results as well. I’d put my trust in any of the stylists at Epic.

I learned about this practice from a mom's group friend Kassi who works as a hygienist here. She was so sweet to ask questions before I was even scheduled to help get the right providers for my needs. From the moment I entered Simonds dental office I was greeted very warmly by the front end staff that made me feel like family. They also greeted me at the end very warmly and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving their office. Amie is a BEYOND amazing hygienist in her skills, knowledge, teaching and bedside manner. She sat down and really listened and asked amazing follow up questions to learn more about my history. She made me feel so comfortable during my cleaning by her bedside manner, paraffin wax, warm neck wrap and free nitrous. Amie explained everything she was doing and what she is looking for and assessing. This was the first experience I had where someone did teaching of what they are monitoring and what is normal/not normal. Dr. Ross was equally AMAZING. He sat down and listened to my history as well. He provided ideas of avenues to pursue for nerve pain management. He took time out of his busy day to call a specialist in the Tri Cities to give them a heads up of my case. He also encouraged me to come back if I ever need more help with referrals. While talking to him it was like talking to a family member who truly cares about my health. I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. He provided great recommendations like getting pain addressed before getting treatment for gum recession. 100000% recommend seeing this dental practice...especially if you have dental anxiety!!! You won't be disappointed ❤

Just recently started attending The Mat, and I love it! I am by no means a workout person, very beginner and I feel so invited by Barb and the other customers. I don’t get nervous if I need to take a break and it’s so great. I’ve bought my month membership already as I’m trying to be more active.If you’re up for new things, you should give the hot power class a try!
I had a total knee replacement in December and I have appreciated the help of Sean and Jennifer plus their assistants very much. They have been very pleasant and helpful. I am amazed I have had as little pain as I have had but I am sure it is the exercises and their encouragement that have helped!

Her knowledge of the human body and muscles is incredible so she knows when to put more pressure in spots to relieve any tightness or just loosen the muscles for relief. She has many years of experience and two locations available (Liberty Lake & North Spokane). Dexter and I had a very good visit with Dr. Bergeron and her staff. I really appreciate that when we come in for an appointment we are greeted with smiles and promptly taken into a room. The tech quickly comes into the room and is very patient and pleasant. Dr. Bergeron is an excellent doctor and I appreciate that she is always patient and. understanding when I have questions or concerns. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable and smile easily. I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Dr. Potts and his staff at Spokane Spine and Disc in Liberty Lake, 2 years ago. This is my second visit having Dr. Potts doing my PRP injections with Stem Cell in my shoulder. First visit was 2 years ago in a completely different area of my shoulder, has been healed and sealed! Yesterday was a different area, and same dedication and attention to detail, not to mention thorough conversation before, during and after with the Doctor, as he is with you the whole step of the way. The amazing treatment of Regenerative Medicine is here and our children will no doubt be using this more and more, versus surgery in their lifetime. I highly recommend Dr. Potts for Regenerative Medicine. If you're just thinking about it but not sure, -go see Dr. Potts for a consult and see what it's all about.

Our family just recently moved into our home here in Spokane and after 1 yellow jacket queen came through our fire place we knew we wanted to get ahead of any pest problems. We signed up for a year long contract with them, feeling grateful we can contact them for pest reasons in between quarterly services if needed. Our opening technician Jessie Flower was on time and very efficient. I was impressed with her knowledge and her expertise when answering my questions.

My visit at MultiCare indigo Urgent Care in Liberty Lake Washington was very pleasant. In that small office I didn't feel like I was just a number. Love the welcoming and professional staff. They took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I was able to get what I needed and I feel much better after my visit.
Had test drive one of their vehicles, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience!
