Amazing detail is put into their service. They know what they are doing! Most sprinkler guys walk my lawn, turn on my sprinklers, charge me a fortune and do nothing and say, everything's fine. These guys go through everything and give a detailed report, make minor adjustments along the way.

A Dew Drop technician took the time to diagnose, provide a quote for, and install a sprinkler timer and new sprinkler valves for me. He was personable, detailed in his service break-down, and even provided me with several sprinkler line pressure tips for the hotter months. The valves were installed, and all my zones work great now. I look forward to a worry-free season this year!

On other platforms, these guys have pretty good ratings, so I went with them for our fall sprinkler blowout. I had scheduled an appointment with them, but they missed the appointment and did not call. I decided I would call them to see what was going on, and they apologized and rescheduled. This was initially frustrating, but the gentleman who came out was very thorough, polite, and answered the million questions I had for him. I will use them again for spring start-up. The only reason I gave them a four star review instead of a five star review had to do with missing the first appointment.
