My husband handled the visit…seemed pleased with the service. The tech asked a lot of questions which is good rather than assuming. I like the 4 hour window Jones service gave me rather than the usual 8 hour thing where you’re expected to stay home all day. I also appreciate them contacting me beforehand to tell me that there would be a slight delay but the tech would be there the day I requested service. The price was competitive too and the tech contacted me by text when he was in his way and called when he arrived which is good. I look forward to doing sprinkler blowout with Jones again next year.

Kristopher was very nice and did quick work. I appreciate the text I got when he was on his way. I will always use this company as I’m a new home owner and they made me feel like a valued customer right off the bat.
