I’m so sorry I forgot her name, but she was great at her job very professional very accurate. Listen to what I had to say about it. All and professional definitely would go back to that spot. The front staff was very accommodating and friendly and even gave me a 15% discount for Starbucks next-door because I had to wait 30 minutes.
Great first time experience. As a male first timer, didn't know what to expect. But the receptionists were very friendly. Casey, my waxer was fantastic. Quickly put me at ease, was a true professional and never made me feel awkward even in the most awkward moments. Would definitely recommend. Great service, great staff.
Location on Sullivan is great Chloe and Danna are wonderful and I look forward to going back.
Update: Danna is the best. She doesn't leave patches or break off the hairs instead of pulling them out at the root... Iykyk phenomenal service and a wonderful human. 🥰
