I had an error code on my washer saying it was getting way to hot of water.
The next morning I called multiple plumbers, DOP was able to come out that day. I had left a message and then promptly missed the call back but they text me that they could show up and they showed up exactly when they said, with a ten minute courtesy text.
Dave and Terrin introduced themselves and I showed them to the laundry room where the WaterHeater is they immediately got to checking things and happily explained what they were doing and answered all my questions, I had a lot!
The solution was simple and they took care of it! Yay, I can do laundry!

Division one responded same day to a leak my tenants were experiencing. They found a valve under the kitchen sink failed and they replaced it. I now have Division one on speed dial!
