Customers recently had their AC system replaced by the company. The technician showed up on time, offered to wear booties, and did a concise analysis of the old system. The analysis showed the old system was too large for the house, and a smaller, more efficient Midea system with a Bryant A-coil was recommended. The team scheduled an install in 8 days. On install day, the technicians showed up on time, acted professionally, and replaced the external compressor with a new pad, a new internal cabinet, and ducting for the new coil, all done the same day. They cleaned up, buttoned up, zip-tied, and sealed everything with new insulation. The compressor is so quiet, it cannot be heard running unless the window is open. The price was less than 35% of other estimates, with a 20% off special and a discount for cash or check.

Another customer noted the company was very responsive and noticed furnace heat exchangers were under manufacturer warranty when two previous companies didn't. Their prices were very reasonable, and the technician showed up on time and performed repairs promptly and thoroughly. Another technician arrived right on time, diagnosed and fixed the AC issue quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary parts. The experience was great, with no pressure, a great price, and top-tier workmanship. The entire experience from estimate to installation was excellent, with a professional, knowledgeable team that installed everything cleanly and efficiently. The quality of workmanship, communication, and attention to detail exceeded expectations.
