“I needed a new fridge to be examined for malfunctioning and the seller was not responding to repeated requests. Guemri owner's response was prompt and courteous, and the technician Mehdi arrived early this morning as promised. He got right to work, fixed the problem so that the fridge is now working, but advised me to return it to the store because it is a faulty product that will continue to give problems. I appreciated his efficiency, concern, and the extremely reasonable cost. In future I will always call this honest, reliable business first for my repair needs. Thank you so much. I am fortunate to have found you.“

“Update: They sold the company to Michael Bonsby. Guarantees on repairs for the aystems they installed were not transferred. We lost over 5 years of free repairs. Basically, NICE charged a ton of money and then sold the company to not honor their commitment. Original contracts, which used to be available electronically, are just gone.

Old review: We've had our HVAC work done by Nice and now our water heater. They came in almost $1000 under our last replacement. Their sales people aren't high pressure and they take their time to thoroughly plan the job. In the 2+ years they've been servicing our systems, there has not been a single negative thing I could say. Very professional.“

“My a/c died a week before a multi day 100+ degree heatwave. I contacted frostys and they were at my house that day to talk options and took measurments. A few days later they had the system and a crew ready to go. They installed a great hybrid system and were actually able to make it more efficient than expected. 6 hours to install and I had A/C again. Really appreciate y'all moving so fast.“

“Company was very responsive, and techs were professional. During the initial visit they assesed all my vents and provided what i considered a reasonable and honest plan and estimate. On day of service team was on time and professional. They took care not to damage anything, cleaned as they went, and ensured all was in order when they left. They updated me on any cost adjustments prior to initiating any phase of work based on more detailed assessment. Highly recommend for air and dryer vent cleaning. Not sure how many crews they have but Elor and Abi were great. PS.. if you havent had dryer vents cleaned… you should!“
