Guemri owner's response was prompt and courteous, and the technician Mehdi arrived early this morning as promised. He got right to work, fixed the problem so that the fridge is now working, but advised me to return it to the store because it is a faulty product that will continue to give problems. I appreciated his efficiency, concern, and the extremely reasonable cost. In future I will always call this honest, reliable business first for my repair needs. Thank you so much. “Good same day response for to my emergency call for service. Very experienced tech (Pat) sized up situation quickly and got compressor to turn back on by following process steps. Since we weren’t sure how it got turned off and wouldn’t restart, Pat offered to return next day/Saturday if needed. So far, system has stayed up and running.“

“Semo and Cesar worked on a very challenging duct clog for me. The vent was completely blocked and about 24 ft high. They used a ladder to extract a very large bird nest out of the dryer vent. After that was completed they checked to make sure the air flow was clear from the dryer and cleaned up all the debris from the birds nest. I had them install a cage over the vent to prevent any reoccurrence. I would definitely recommend them.“

The maintenance part is so critical and important I can discover problems before they actually appear. I strongly encourage everyone to get that maintenance contract because it pays for itself time and again.“
