I'm delighted to give NOVA Green Energy an excellent review. Mike is a top-notch professional and a great trouble shooter who knows his business. His experience and skill as a fireplace master were on display as he turned my gas fireplace into one that now operates. He even encouraged me to take a video as he narrated an instructional piece on how my fireplace works for my future use. He responded quickly to my inquiry and followed up promptly with completed paperwork. Well done, Mike, and thanks!! (Enjoying the warmth and ambiance of my fireplace on one of the coldest nights in Virginia in a very long time.)

Mike and his colleague did a great job - they came out same day to fix the issue I had and also serviced the fireplaces at my house which ended up increasing their heat output. Mike was knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue without cutting drywall. So happy I called him today!

The team from Nova came promptly, and did a thorough job of repair on the pilot light for my gas logs, which kept going out after a few minutes A different company had come the previous week, but their "repair" lasted exactly 45 minutes. The Nova repair seems to have worked. They also explained what they had found and what to do next if I have problems again. So far, very happy to finally have a fireplace working again.
