Richards Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc.
“The Richards Heating and Air team were professional and prompt throughout my installation. The HVAC portion, arguably the more complex part of the job, went smoothly with no major issues and they did a great job identifying the right condenser setup for a pretty tight, precarious spot between my deck and neighbor's home.
We did run into two gas line leaks related to the water heater install — one at a union fitting they installed directly, and another further up the line at an elbow that may have been an old, imperfect fitting disturbed during work. To their credit, Richards took ownership of both, including the section further up the line that wasn't originally theirs and required partially disassembling the water heater to access. They repaired everything at no additional cost, verified the leaks were resolved, and worked around my schedule for the follow-up visit.
Appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make it right. Would recommend.”
NOVA Green Energy LLC
“Mike is absolutely amazing! Our fireplaces had not been properly serviced for a few years and Mike immediately diagnosed the problems we were having and was able to get our fireplaces running, better than before in the case of one. We were impressed with how knowledgeable Mike is, how neat he is, and how detailed his work is. Also impressive is the fact that a few days later, Mike contacted us to say that he had been thinking about one of the issues we had been facing and he thought he had a fix. It turns out he did have a fix and now it works better than when it was installed. We cannot speak highly enough of NOVA Green Energy!”
