They replaced my old water heater with a new 50-gallon Ruud water heater, including a new expansion tank and drain pan. The installation was clean, professional, and done right.
They also serviced my outdoor heat pump unit. My HVAC maintenance had been neglected for a while, so the system needed some attention. They diagnosed and replaced a bad fuse, disassembled the outdoor unit, and gave it a very thorough cleaning rather than doing a quick surface-level tune-up.

Isaac and his partner were awesome. They came on time. Were polite and courteous. Explained each step.they were taking to.fix the problem. They explained with integrity. They were my second opinion to a large reputable company who said that they couldn't fix my AC and immediately wanted to sell me a whole HVAC system. No sales job with Isaac. Just suggestions without any nudging. Integrity Duct and HVAC Services is my go to company. I tried the other company because Integrity was booked and was hot. In the end, we decided to deal with the heat the old fashioned way, fans, until Integrity came. They were worth the wait.
