About DC AIR CONDITIONING &Heating
DC AIR CONDITIONING & Heating provides great service. They are professional, prompt, and communicate well. The company resolves problems efficiently, sometimes within an hour, and goes above and beyond to ensure the AC is working. They work hard to accommodate clients, even in busy periods, and are kind and efficient. Despite being quite pricey, they provide good care and document their work with photos and videos. They are willing to make time for clients, even in emergencies or on holidays, to get the job done.
Our AC blower motor broke and needed to be replaced, but the manufacturer had discontinued the part. Within a day Mohamed had tracked down a compatible part that would work, drove 2 hours round trip to the warehouse to get it same-day, and came by that same afternoon to do the install. Service was fast, efficient, and communication was excellent. We had working AC again quickly thanks to Mohamed. Pricing was fair and beat out at least one other company I consulted. Mohamed was also considerate in making sure our family was comfortable in the house while the AC was out and moving quickly to fix the issue. He also gave me some pointers about my system. Would highly recommend!
Very pleased with the HVAC work. The updated system has a clean installation, and the equipment fits well within the existing setup. I like that the improvements were focused on making the system more practical and dependable rather than adding unnecessary features. The indoor space feels more comfortable, and the overall setup looks neat once everything is in place. The controls are also straightforward to use, which makes adjusting the system convenient. Overall, the completed work gave the home a useful improvement and made the heating and cooling setup feel more current and manageable.
Excellent HVAC service from start to finish! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price. My HVAC system is working perfectly now. Highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality HVAC service!
