The technician , Simo, called ahead of his arrival and was on time. He brought an assistant to perform the work. They were kind, courteous, and finished up in a timely manner (less than 15-minutes).
I was quoted $149 on the phone to have the dryer vent cleaned out. I only have one dryer and it doesn’t vent to the outside. We are in a high rise building on the 12th floor and these guys were great!!
