I recently had the pleasure of engaging in an an assessment of my heating system, specifically focusing on the return mechanism, and addressing the lack of heat in a particular area of my basement . Kareem Lattimore conducted the assessment. He was punctual, courteous and demonstrated a deep, understanding of heating systems. He took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a detailed examination, paying special attention to the return components. I am thoroughly satisfied with the assessment and recommended resolution of my heating system concerns, his professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction, have earned my trust and respect....read full review
