I asked Nelson's to repair our HVAC. The diagnosis and clog repair was very affordable and reasonably priced in my opinion. In addition, the technician who visited, Darwin Benitez, did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and transparent. I would highly recommend Darwin again.
We’ve been using Nelson HVAC for 10 years and the reason we keep coming back is their outstanding customer service and the quality of their work. They are always professional, honest, and committed to making sure the job is done right.
This time, they helped us troubleshoot an issue with our AC that was difficult to identify. Even though everything appeared to be working properly at first, they took the time to investigate further, found the root cause of the problem, and fixed it. We really appreciated their persistence and expertise.
We will definitely continue using Nelson's HVAC for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!
Nelson’s was able to send someone much quicker than other HVAC repair companies. They were very respectful over the phone and in person. Adrian was great at explaining everything he was looking at and quickly found and fixed the issue.
