My a/c died a week before a multi day 100+ degree heatwave. I contacted frostys and they were at my house that day to talk options and took measurments. A few days later they had the system and a crew ready to go. They installed a great hybrid system and were actually able to make it more efficient than expected. 6 hours to install and I had A/C again. Really appreciate y'all moving so fast.
Tyler is the best! He came by this morning for our routine maintenance and helped diagnose further issues! We trust him fully, and he took the time to talk us through each step, show us the readings, and explain numbers etc. I am grateful he also talked to us about putting a medical grade filter in our air system as we prepare to grow our family! AC in our condo failed over July 4th weekend. Called the 24 hour number and got a very helpful person who promised I’d be called on Monday. Stephanie called me first thing Monday and at my request, set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tyler arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue.
