Had an emergency with our furnace and Cardinal got Ramiro out right away. He and the company came up with a great solution. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes satisfaction in his work.We are new in town and Cardinal has helped us twice with HVAC problems. Scheduling is easy. Marc Streiner and Gil were very professional, calm, patient and did a great job replacing our garbage disposal and replacing the check & shut-off valve for discharge of sewage pump. My technician James was awesome! I had a leak in the ceiling of my kitchen that I thought was coming from my upstairs bathroom, James checked every pipe that it could be, he went under the house, into the attic, and inside the bathroom to see what it could be. He was thorough and really knowledgeable, I just bought mg house and it’s from the 50s and he took the time to explain the intricacies of my piping and give me a heads up to future issues that might come up. He ended up finding the issue and giving me a detailed break down of what it was and went ahead and gave me a quote for the things he saw that might be an issue in the future.
