The Richards Heating and Air team were professional and prompt throughout my installation. The HVAC portion, arguably the more complex part of the job, went smoothly with no major issues and they did a great job identifying the right condenser setup for a pretty tight, precarious spot between my deck and neighbor's home.
We did run into two gas line leaks related to the water heater install — one at a union fitting they installed directly, and another further up the line at an elbow that may have been an old, imperfect fitting disturbed during work. I had Richards come out multiple times to service my HVAC. I live in a condo and I know that it’s not an easy unit to work on. I scheduled the service one Thursday and was informed I needed to look into a replacement. The next day Friday I had a quote and was able to look it over before I scheduled the service.
The price was a bit of a shock but it was fair for the amount of work. The team came out the following week and was here on Friday from 9-4pm. They were very professional and friendly. Thank you again for your help.
